For the past few months, there's been a recurring topic of discussion between people: college. Those of us who want to go to college to pursue further education are usually split in two. There's the people who say "I can't wait to go to college!" and there's the people who say "I don't want to go to college yet." The latter is definitely me. Going to college is a huge step, and I'm not nearly mentally prepared for it. I have no idea where I want to go to college, nor do I have any idea what I want to do in life. Plus, even though college is a new freedom, you're completely independent of your parents. Now if you're fortunate enough to have parents in your house, you probably don't do all of the following: laundry, cook, clean, wake up on time, take the garbage out, etc. I honestly just love school too much to want such a huge change in my life. Call me crazy, but I think school is fun. Minus IB Physics, I could do without that.
I feel like college is sort of like ziplining or bungee jumping. You don't know for sure whether you'll survive the jump, whether you'll piss your pants, or whether you'll have the time of your life until you make the jump. I guess we just have to go for it.
I had a little more to say, but I think this is good enough for tonight.
